The Massaccesi Workshop Chronicles!

Ooooh what do we have here?!?  The Workshop has been stirring with colorful leather activity and style!  Do you agree we should just get right down to it?

The creation of Plum Pebbled delights began and then more delicious leather was needed so off Marco went to the tannery retrieving enough leather to make all our Sugar Plum Pebbled dreams come true.  Visions of Zhoe and Mini Zhoe danced in our heads as part of a group bespoke and then additional ladies placed regular orders for other styles such as Soulmate Midis and Phoebes!

 Uno, due, tre, quattro Mini Zhoes above await strap placement, while the two below are just about ready to say arrivederci like the other Zhoes from the group!

As you see Susanna Katia is working her magic on this Phoebe and Rosanna is about to place the light gold circular hardware in the dark brown Nappa leather pieces and straps on Soulmate Midi.  Another customer ordered her Soulmate Midi all in Plum including the straps and circular leather pieces.
More plum = complete yum!

 

Pearl Grey Pebbled Phoebe’s owner happily decided on this splendid Marine lining and light gold hardware, swooooooooooon!  Marine lining, one of the upgraded linings, may now be chosen when ordering on our website by adding a special request in the comment section.  Pearl Grey is the perfect neutral, Marine lining the perfect pop of color and light gold is completely classic! 

Atop precious Phoebe is a stunning MM bracelet with the no longer available leather “Ocean”.  Finding a little bit in the Workshop for this customer so she could have a bracelet in her most favorite and beloved Massaccesi leather was serious business! ;) That’s amore!

This Rust Vacchetta Minerva Midi long flap version is so thick and chewy the owner may never let go of her!  She is delicious with light gold hardware and MM Signature dark grey lining.  In this picture, she was only in need to have her straps attached and is now on her way flying to her new home!

Celeste Merinos is indeed celestial!  Sent from above and supremely gorgeous.  We had fun seeing all the styles the ladies chose for this leather.  Penelope, Flora, Phoebe, Zhoe, Zhoe Legend, Diva and Soulmate Midi to name a few.  So deep and rich in color!  I see some bags coming to life here!  Ermanno’s precise edge painting is drying…. and could that last Celeste picture be the start of Diva tassels?!!?  I think so!

What happy little morsels are before us now?  These Apple Green Pebbled and Ancient Gold Floras are going to make one lovely lady very happy!!!  I adore that Flora and Phoebe are not only wonderful when worn crossbody and on your shoulder, but also are perfection carried inside your larger Massaccesi handbag.  The silver hardware on Apple Green Pebbled and the light gold on Africa Ancient Gold are beautiful choices providing a stunning pairing on each bag itself as well as a nice contrast within her collection.  An additional all leather strap for Apple Green was a lovely extra chosen by this customer.  Either with her chain or all leather strap she will certainly be styling!

“Scarnitrice” is the name of this machine.  It has the ability to cut on the diagonal, straight across and to round a corner.  The functionality also allows the operator to decrease the depth of a piece of leather when it is needed for special areas of the bag.  

Africa Bronze and Turquoise Pebbled Mini Zhoes are about to have the chic chain portion of their straps attached.  This is the last step before they too are ready to be packed up and on their way.  Both of these leathers are such fabulous neutrals!

Enzo is about to cut into this beautiful sea of Storm Grey Nabuk.  It will be transformed into a Soulmate Midi with dark brown Nappa handle straps and light gold hardware.  Right when I thought I have a favorite Nabuk, in walks Storm Grey.  It is a true chameleon.  Depending on the light it can look quite grey and in brighter settings, that beautiful blue appears!!!  Quite impossible to have a favorite Nabuk, I have decided to completely give up in this regard.  I surrender!  Equal luscious leather love is best!
